AquaBlast is generally preferred in applications where heavy dirt and burnt oils are present and where there is no need for delicate washing. The nozzles are specially arranged so that the solution can be reached all over the part. It is mainly used in automotive, maintenance-repair and machining sector.
The dirty parts placed on the rotating basket are cleaned with high pressure chemical liquid. The hot chemical liquid inside the tank is transferred to the nozzle line through the pump. The high-pressure liquid hits the surface of the part and removes the dirt. During operation, the platform is rotated at slow speed to ensure that the chemical liquid cleans all surfaces of the parts.
