In industrial parts cleaning and surface treatment systems, systems have 3 different working methods.
Ultrasonic cleaning method; 28KHz / 40KHz ultrasonic sound waves, which are sent into the liquid, ensures the delicate and rapid disposal of pollution by the cavitation effect formed in the washing tank. The cavitation effect of the sound waves caused by the pressure differences in the water creates a mechanical brushing effect on the part to be cleaned. This scrubbing effect clears the part from particles such as oil, rust, burrs and organic residues such as bacteria, blood cells, and provides a very delicate cleaning. No damage to the washed part.
Spray washing method; Chemically hot solution is pressurized with pump and spraying on the parts through nozzles. This type of machines are separated according to different application areas.
Immersion washing method; It can be preferred for cleaning open and blind hole parts with tough geometry. Only immersion cleaning cannot be performed. The solution should be given a motion (vortex, ultrasonic) or the movement of the part (rotation and swing motion).
We offer you a professional service in every 3 parts washing method. Fully automatic PLC controlled part handling systems according to your systems can also be integrated into these machines. These machines, which minimize the operator initiative, are often the choice of a large number of serial manufacturing companies.
With our professional engineer and technician staff, we offer suitable solutions to our customers’ needs.
