The Nova model single-stage ultrasonic cleaning machine used for industrial purposes is suitable for heavy duty cleaning demands. Nova series is used in many sectors such as automotive, aviation, textile, medical, electronics, optics. It is used for before painting & coating process or before assembling or maintance cleaning. Nova model machines can be equipped with many features such as filtration, oil separation, automatic cover and lift system.
- Tank construction available in AISI 304 or 316
- The tank is kept constant at the process temperature with digital thermostat controlled heaters
- The operating time of the ultrasonic power is set by the digital timer
- Custom design complete stainless steel heaters
- Drain, filling and overflow is available
- Excellent insulation system with minimum energy loss
- Special fixture is manufactured in any geometry (indented, protruding, blind hole) and the parts can be cleaned easily,
- Optional ventilation channel, extraction fan, pneumatic lids, particul filtration, oil seperator & surface skimming, auto filling&purge can be added.
- Liquid level relay to protect heaters and ultrasonic power
