Water-based or solvent-based ultrasonic washing machine can be used in the degreasing process. Although solvent based machines are a quick and efficient solution for degreasing, the machine must have extra safety measures.
Different materials need different chemicals and process. Therefore, it is necessary to special work for the different jobs and needs. Thanks to the user-friendly PLC software of our RoboNova models, the operator can create the desired process from the screen, disable the boiler he does not want, adjust the different boiler temperatures and work with different working times. We recommend filtration and oil separating system to each process vessel. The target parts are rinsed through at least 2 ultra-pure water before drying and then vacuum dried.
