Conveyor belt tunnel washing systems should be preferred for the continuous cleaning of different sizes and lots of pieces. These machines are specially designed and manufactured for each customer's needs.
The dirty part is placed in the loading area of the conveyor belt. The part enters the tunnel over the band that performs the continuous movement and part moves from one process step to the other. Process steps;
Loading: Parts are placed on the conveyor belt in this section.
Prewash: This process step should be preferred for heavy dirty parts.
Washing: High pressure cleaning agent is sprayed on the nozzle line. The sprayed liquid passes through the filter and returns to the tank.
Rinsing: The part passing through the washing line must be free from the chemical. For this reason, this process is carried out with de-ionized water or tap water.
Air knife: The liquid on the part stripped out of parts with high pressure air. High pressure blowers are used for this process.
Drying: The moisture on the part is dried with hot dry air. In this process step, aluminum body fan and dry resistans are used.
Discharging: The parts that have finished cleaning are taken from this section.
